Within the framework of the Son Tra (Hawthorn) Flower Festival 2024, agricultural and cultural products, and OCOP (One Commune One Product) products of Muong La district and affiliated and adjacent districts were displayed and introduced to visitors on March 9 afternoon in Ngoc Chien commune.
Currently, Son La province has 611 tourist accommodation establishments, of which there are eight hotels rated 3 stars or more, and the rest are motels, homestays and other types of accommodation.
This year's festival will feature many activities, such as announcing the exclusive protection certificate for the festival; granting the certification of the largest hawthorn flower forest in the country; displaying agricultural products, culture, and products under the One Commune Once Product (OCOP) programme; a community culinary competition; displaying beautiful photos of culture and tourism in the Northwest region; and folk games.
