Famtrip surveys destinations, tourist routes in Quynh Nhai district
The provincial Centre for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion on December 26 organised a famtrip delegation comprising representatives from 90 travel agencies under the UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club and several tourism agencies from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Ha Giang, and Thua Thien-Hue provinces to survey destinations, and connect tours and tourism routes in Quynh Nhai district.

The delegation surveyed and evaluated the quality of tourist areas and destinations, such as Linh Son Thuy Tu Temple and Nang Han Temple, Uy Phong Bay, Binh Yen Bay, Trai Tim (Heart) Island, and cage fish farming area in the Da River reservoir; tasted coffee on a boat; and contemplated the Da River at night.

Through the famtrip, travel companies gained an insight into the potential for tourism development, the quality of tourism services, especially food, entertainment, and shopping, thereby contributing to building a programme to connect tours and tourism routes, and forming new products to attract more visitors to Quynh Nhai.

Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, on January 29 presented Party membership badges to Party members of the Party organisations of Long Sap commune, and Thao Nguyen and Van Son ward. To Hieu ward, in coordination with MISA Group, on January 29 held a ceremony to launch the Misa Agent Work Robot to support administrative procedures at the ward Public Administrative Service Centre. This is the first locality in the province to deploy an AI-integrated robot application to serve citizens and businesses.

In the context of deep international economic integration, Son La province has identified attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) as an important driver for growth. Following the guidance of the Government, the provincial People's Committee has implemented a range of coordinated solutions to create a transparent and open investment environment, in combination with ensuring national defence, security, and social order.
The year 2025 closed with strong and memorable milestones for Son La sports on the achievements map. The medals won by athletes have affirmed their mettle and determination in competition, while also demonstrating the effectiveness of a well-directed, systematic training strategy that turns the province’s aspiration to reach the pinnacle of sports into reality.
