After the field inspection, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee directed departments and agencies to work closely with local authorities to quickly finalise documentation and specific investment plans. Emphasis should be placed on selecting locations with suitable terrain and transportation access, ensuring convenience for construction and long-term operation.
In addition, the scale of schools and their supporting facilities must be carefully considered to meet the conditions for both boarding and semi-boarding education, thereby contributing to improving educational quality and training a workforce of ethnic minorities and local residents, he said.
