A delegation from the provincial Delegation to the National Assembly (NA) led by its full-time deputy head Hoang Ngan Hoan, who is also member of the NA’s Committee for Public Petitions and Supervision, on September 17 conducted a survey in Muong La commune regarding the performance of local government operations following administrative mergers, organisational streamlining, and the implementation of the two-tier local government model.
