The move was to implement Plan 422/KH-MTTQ-UB dated July 30, 2024 of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on raising funds in support of disaster recovery in Son La province.

To date, the Party Committee of the provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has received over 1.5 billion VND (59,347 USD) in cash, along with essential goods and supplies, promptly aiding those affected by the floods. Notable donors include the Party Organization of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Party Organization of the Department of Education and Training, the provincial Youth Union, and the Party Organization of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, among others.

All funds raised have been sent to the account of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and will be used for the right purpose, helping the affected communities stabilize their lives as quickly as possible.
