The peak period will take place from July 10 until the end of October, aiming to achieve the highest determination, awareness, and sense of responsibility; the highest results in performing political tasks; and building the most disciplined, law-abiding, and well-organised military unit. The campaign also seeks to promote military administrative reform, create breakthroughs in innovation and digital transformation, and achieve the highest results in the “Digital Literacy for All” movement.

There is a strong determination to implement the “Three Focuses” and “Three Drastic Actions” in line with the conclusion of Party General Secretary To Lam at the 14th conference of the Central Military Commission.

Efforts are being made to organise and restructure military agencies to align with the new political system, ensuring swift stabilisation of units after mergers; and effectively implement the Central Military Commission's Resolution on breakthroughs in development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation within the military.

Additionally, administrative reform and digital transformation in military management are underway, with the goal of turning every officer and soldier into a “Digital Soldier.”
