As part of their visit to attend the celebration of the 130th founding anniversary of Son La province, on the morning of October 11, a delegation from Laos’ Oudomxay province led by Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Governor Vongsavanh Saynhavong paid a working visit to Son La province.
