Delegates perform the groundbreaking ritual for the road project.

This is a key transport infrastructure project aimed at breaking the monopoly of National Highway 37, facilitating trade and travel for local residents, enhancing regional connectivity, expanding the economic development space, and improving living standards in the area. The project is part of the province’s medium-term public investment plan for the 2021–2025 and 2025–2030 periods, reflecting strong commitment across the entire political system.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dinh Viet speaks at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Viet emphasised that to ensure the road project stays on schedule, the investor should focus on directing efforts to step up communication and encourage residents to hand over land for the project.

It is also essential to maintain security, order, and social welfare in the project area. Contractors and consultants must uphold their responsibilities, follow the schedule closely, and ensure the project’s quality, guided by the principle: “What is committed must be done, and what is done must be effective.”

He also stressed the importance of adhering to contracts, preventing misconduct, ensuring workplace safety, protecting the environment, and creating a clean, green, and beautiful landscape.
