Entrepreneur Café 2024 connects Son La businesspeople

The provincial Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Centre, in collaboration with the provincial Department of Planning and Investment, the provincial Business Association, and the provincial Cooperative Alliance, on October 11 organised the Entrepreneur Café 2024, with the chair of Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Cong.

The event was also attended by leaders from various provincial departments and agencies, the provincial Business Association, and the provincial Tourism Association, and representatives from businesses and cooperatives in the locality.

An overview of Entrepreneur Café 2024 

The meeting provided an opportunity for businesses and investors to share experience, exchange ideas, and support each other for mutual development. It also served as a bridge and a direct dialogue channel for provincial leaders to grasp information and promptly address the challenges and obstacles faced by businesses and investors in the locality.

A representative from the provincial Department of Planning and Investment briefed participants on the results of implementing the Resolution of the 15th provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, as well as some policies to support businesses, and specific sectors for attracting investment in the 2025-2030 period.

Leaders from provincial departments, agencies, businesses, and cooperatives engaged in discussions to address various inquiries and challenges related to investment, production, and business operations in the province. Topics included mechanisms and policies for attracting investment, solving the shortage of common construction materials, managing construction waste, land lease prices, and issues related to land for macadamia cultivation.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Cong asked the Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Centre to coordinate with the provincial Department of Planning and Investment and relevant departments, as well as the provincial Business Association and the Cooperative Alliance to continue to innovate the content so that the Entrepreneur Café can become a true platform for trade exchanges and connections both inside and outside the province. He also emphasised the importance of quickly and effectively gathering feedback from businesses, cooperatives, and investors, along with quick responses from the provincial leadership.
