Moc Son ward trains officials, civil servants, and teachers in AI use

The People's Committee of Moc Son ward, in collaboration with IGB Media JSC, on August 16 organised a training session titled "Enhancing Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)" for local officials, civil servants, public employees, and members of community digital technology teams.

 

The session offers instructions on using ChatGPT

The programme focused on topics such as an overview of AI and its applications in daily life and public administration; guidance on using popular AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to assist with drafting documents, information lookup, and communication; hands-on practice with voice- to-text tools, “smart mouse” technology; and effective legal document searches using AI.

Specialists guide officials and public employees in installing and using AI tools.

The training aimed to improve digital awareness and essential digital skills among officials, civil servants, public employees, and community digital technology teams. It promoted the application of technology in daily life, contributing to the development of digital government, digital society, digital economy, and digital citizenship. Additionally, the programme helped citizens recognize and prevent online scams.
