At the festival, more than 300 women’s union members wearing traditional ethnic costumes performed the unity dance and the traditional xoe dance, creating a lively, joyful, and united atmosphere. At the same time, the event served to promote and encourage them to actively participate in emulation movements, fulfill their rights and responsibilities as citizens, and respond to the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels scheduled for March 15.
The festival helped honour the beauty of women from different ethnic groups, encouraging members to actively improve their health while preserving and promoting traditional cultural identities. It also created a vibrant atmosphere of emulation ahead of the country’s important upcoming event.
