From August 13 to 15, households and facilities from Bac Yen, Ta Xua, Xim Vang and Muong Coi communes received training in tourist reception and services, tour guiding, developing and promoting local products, communication skills, food safety, and environmental protection in tourism operations.

The programme equipped participants with practical knowledge and skills aimed at improving service quality and strengthening the tourism image of the communes and Son La province as a whole toward a more professional, appealing and sustainable industry.

All participants were awarded certificates recognising their completion of the course.
