Chieng An provides training on AI use for officials, civil servants, teachers

The People’s Committee of Chieng An ward, in coordination with IGB Media JSC, on August 15 organised a training session on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for nearly 100 leaders and officials of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, as well as school administrators and teachers in the locality.

During the session, lecturers and technicians from IGB Media JSC introduced and guided participants in using several AI tools to support administrative tasks, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Vbee AIVoice. They also provided instructions on using AI tools to search legal documents, and introduced the application of Mouse AI for document processing and operations.

The training aimed to enhance digital skills for participants through AI applications in order to optimise work processes, reduce manual labour, and improve the quality of public services. This contributes to building a modern, transparent, and efficient administration, better serving the people and meeting the requirements of the two-tier local administration model.
