The fair attracted the participation of 27 communes and towns and five businesses and cooperatives, with over 40 booths displaying local typical agricultural products and OCOP (One Commune One Product) items, such as organic rice, ‘it uoi’ cake, dried banana, garlic, dried smoked meat, lemon grass extract oil, orange, sweet tangerine, green-skin, and ‘dien’ pomelos.
The well-decorated booths showed the ingenuity and meticulousness, reflecting the cultural identities and cuisines of ethnic groups.
The fair offered an opportunity for businesses, cooperatives and farmers to exchange and promote their outstanding products to consumers.
