The delegation visited the DOVECO Son La Fruit and Vegetable Processing Centre and a custard apple cultivation model in Hat Lot town. Representatives from the Son La Department of Agriculture and Environment, along with local businesses and households, introduced their technical production processes, as well as soil and climate conditions suitable for various crops. They also shared their experience in developing agricultural models and discussed plans and solutions for market access.

The Lao officials expressed their hope that Son La would continue to share its experience in model implementation and transfer scientific and technological advances, including crop varieties, to help northern Lao provinces in production.
