Ta Xua welcomes over 5,200 visitors during holiday

During the first three days of the four-day April 30 - May 1 holiday, Ta Xua commune received more than 5,200 visitors who came for sightseeing and relaxation, and to admire its majestic natural beauty. Total tourism revenue during this period exceeded 5.4 billion VND (204,887 USD).

Visitors explore centuries-old ancient Shan Tuyet tea hills in Be hamlet, Ta Xua commune.

Located at an average altitude of over 1,600 metres above sea level, Ta Xua commune is blessed by nature with stunning landscapes such as the “Dinosaur Spine,” “Dolphin Snout”, the Lonely Tree, lush green meadows, Khe Cai cloud station, wind peak, and ancient Shan Tuyet tea hills.

Currently, Ta Xua commune has 171 tourism service providers, including 88 community-based homestays, capable of accommodating around 1,500 visitors per day and night. Accommodation providers have actively invested in upgrading their facilities and organissing cultural exchange programmes and experiential activities such as making traditional banh day (round glutinous rice cake), performing Mong flute dances, and tea picking, creating a unique charm and strong appeal for tourism in Ta Xua.
