10 new projects worth over 49.38 million USD licensed in Son La

Son La province granted licences to 10 new projects in the first nine months of this year with a total registered capital of over 1.21 trillion VND (49.38 million USD).

They included a project on sand and gravel exploitation as construction materials in Na Sang hamlet in Chieng Hoa commune and Muong Chum commune in Muong La district; another on limestone exploitation as materials for crushed sand production in La Nga 2 hamlet, Muong Sang commune, Moc Chau district; Chieng Chan gas station in Mai Son district; Son La coffee processing factory; a project on agricultural preservation, processing and production; Nam Pan 6 Hydropower Plant in Muong La district; Suoi Leo Hydropower Plant and Chieng Hac 2 Hydropower Plant in Moc Chau district; Son La arabica coffee planting project; and the headquarters of Co Noi transaction office and auxiliary facilities of the people's credit fund in Hat Lot township, Mai Son district.

The province also approved investment adjustment plans of two projects – one on sugar processing with a daily capacity of 50,000 tonnes per day for the 2017-2018 period, with an additional capital of 29 billion VND, and another on building an export coffee processing factory, an executive office, a coffee warehouse, a coffee drying yard, a coffee purchasing station, and an organic fertilizer factory, with an additional capital of 25.8 billion VND./.
