During the period, the district directed specialised agencies to coordinate with local communes and encourage residents to contribute over 7,100 workdays for irrigation efforts. Irrigation facilities were effectively operated to ensure adequate water supply for agricultural production. Regular inspections were conducted to detect harmful pests on crops, and farmers were guided on pest control and crop care to ensure healthy plant development.
