Hung requested that Phieng Cam commune closely follow the established schedule, focus on reviewing and completing infrastructure, and ensure favourable working conditions for local agencies following the administrative merger. This is essential to effectively meet the needs of residents.

He also emphasised the need to conduct trial operations to promptly address any issues or shortcomings, proactively develop working regulations, and clearly assign responsibilities, ensuring the new government model operates effectively from July 1.
