Construction on the project started on March 24. It includes one bedroom, two classrooms, and a covered playground, with a total investment of 100 million VND (3,800 USD), sponsored by the Trieu Khuc charitable delegation. It is expected to help students play safely, enhance physical training, and improve the quality of education.

On this occasion, the charitable delegation gave 50 chairs, 10 tables, and 10 sets of blankets and mattresses to students at Huoi Tinh satellite school; and gifts to 100 poor households in Huoi Tinh hamlet, Bo Sinh commune, with a total value of over 40 million VND.
