As part of the second phase of the 2021–2030 project, 30 young volunteer intellectuals, meeting all required standards and qualifications, have been assigned to work at Unit 326. Over the past year, these members have actively promoted the Party’s guidelines and the State’s laws and policies, while encouraging and guiding local residents to adopt new farming methods, apply technical advancements in crop and livestock care, and improve household economic conditions.

They also collaborated with local organisations and residents to clear 3.5 km of inter-hamlet roads in Huoi Men hamlet, Muong Lan commune, Sop Cop district; repair a bridge for local use; and build a temporary bamboo bridge across a stream in Na O hamlet, Na Tong commune, Dien Bien district. In addition, they participated in providing free health consultations and medicine to 908 people, and delivering gifts to 16 poor households in Pu Hao hamlet, Muong Lan commune, Sop Cop district.

In the coming time, Unit 326 will continue to thoroughly disseminate and educate young volunteer intellectuals to deepen their understanding of the directives and resolutions at all levels regarding the implementation of Project 174/BQP. The unit will work closely with all-level Party committees, authorities, and mass organisations to assess community needs, select suitable tasks, and develop practical activity plans. It will also strengthen the management, education, training, and supervision of team members at the grassroots level, closely linking their responsibilities with the unit’s duties and the actual local situation.

On this occasion, Unit 326 awarded certificates of merit to 11 team members for their excellent achievements.
