Contest on administrative reform within Party concludes

The provincial Party Committee on July 31 held a ceremony to wrap up a contest on administrative reform within the Party in 2024.

Within two days, the participating teams went through three parts – greeting, multiple-choice quiz and skit. They demonstrated their vibrant spirit, excitement, confidence, wisdom, as well as enthusiasm, a high sense of responsibility, and great efforts in the competition parts.

According to organisers, the teams made thorough preparations for the first-ever content, with rich contents and diverse forms. They successfully completed the competition parts as planned in line with regulations.

In the greeting part, the teams showed their creativity through the form of theater, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. Meanwhile, in the multiple-choice quiz, they demonstrated their sense of responsibility and knowledge about administrative reform within the Party. In the skit part, they showed experience in responding to real-life situations.

In his closing remarks, Lo Minh Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, lauded the sense of responsibility of the organising committee and the jury, and efforts by the 17 teams.

He asked advisory and assisting agencies of the provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organisations in Son La province, Son La Newspaper, the provincial school of politics, district and city Party committees, and the Party Committee of the bloc of agencies and enterprises in the province to continue seriously grasping and implementing Party policies on promoting administrative reform within the Party.

He stressed the need to promote the responsibility of heads of agencies and units in instructing the implementation of administrative reform tasks in the Party, regularly inspect and supervise administrative reform as well as solutions to better the work at agencies and units, step up management decentralization and information-technology application.

At the end of the contest, the organising committee presented the first prize to the team from the Mai Son district Party Committee, two second prizes to the teams from the Song Ma district Party Committee and the advisory agencies of the provincial Party Committee, along with three third prizes, five consolation prizes and three thematic prizes to others. The Standing Board of the provincial Party Standing Committee also handed over a certificate of merit to the Mai Son district Party Committee.
