Permanent Vice Chairman of the Son La provincial People’s Committee Ha Trung Chien speaks at the conference.
Speaking at the event, Chien congratulated the officials on their appointment to new positions. He emphasised the important role of the department and the centre in the province’s socio-economic development, and requested the leaders of the two units to promptly convene meetings to assign responsibilities in line with the spirit of “six clear” - clear people in charge, clear tasks, clear responsibilities, clear authority, clear deadlines and clear outcomes.
He expressed his expectation that in their new roles, they will promote their capabilities, foster unity with officials, civil servants, and public employees within their units, and swiftly introduce strategic advisory solutions for the provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council, and the People’s Committee, thereby creating breakthroughs in culture, tourism, and investment and trade promotion. This, he noted, will contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 16th Son La provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, building Son La into a province with green, rapid, and sustainable development.
