In the simulated scenario, a fire broke out at Building A of the hospital due to an electrical equipment malfunction. The hospital’s firefighting and prevention team promptly assigned tasks, directed fire extinguishing efforts, cut power in the affected area, and alerted the professional firefighting force. Simultaneously, the on-site team was mobilised to evacuate assets and use available firefighting equipment to control the fire.

Upon receiving the alert, the Firefighting and Prevention and Rescue Police Division deployed two fire engines along with officers, firefighters, and equipment to the scene. They coordinated with the hospital team to handle the incident, move assets, and rescue people trapped inside. The fire was completely extinguished within 20 minutes.

The drill was conducted safely and successfully, enhancing the fire prevention and rescue skills of hospital staff to respond proactively in the event of a fire or explosion.
