The programme features a series of cultural and sports activities, including women’s football matches, tug-of-war, pickleball competitions; exhibitions and displays of agricultural products, OCOP (One Commune One Product) items, and local specialties; performances and hands-on experiences of the traditional pottery-making craft of the Thai ethnic people in Muong Chanh; and Tet reunion exchanges.
It helps spread positive traditional values, strengthen the great national unity bloc, create a vibrant atmosphere of emulation, and encourage local people to enter the New Year 2026 with confidence, high expectations, and determination to successfully carry out local socio-economic development tasks.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates visited booths displaying OCOP products and local agricultural produce, explored the traditional pottery-making craft, and attended the inauguration of the Muong Chanh pickleball court, among other activities.
