Phu Yen wounded, sick soldiers receive gifts ahead of War Invalids and Martyrs Day

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - 2025), Vi Duc Tho, member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, on July 26 led a working delegation to visit and present gifts to wounded and sick soldiers in Phu Yen commune.

The delegation visited the families of sick soldier Nguyen Van Lang in Sub-zone 2, wounded soldier Hoang Dinh Hoi in Tan Cong hamlet, and wounded soldier Dinh Van Coc in Dong Luong hamlet.

At the families, Tho expressed deep gratitude for the dedication and sacrifices of the wounded and sick soldiers in safeguarding the nation. He inquired after their health and well-being and encouraged them to remain shining examples for younger generations.

He also called on local authorities to continue effectively implementing policies of “gratitude,” and to take good care of those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution.
