The Moc Chau township People’s Committee was requested to expedite site clearance for the section under its jurisdiction and coordinate with relevant agencies in organising the ceremony.
The provincial Management Board for Transport Projects was directed to accelerate the selection of contractors for design, construction, and consultancy and supervision packages. Additionally, the clearance of unexploded ordnance must be sped up, especially in the area designated for the groundbreaking. The board was also instructed to review the demand for construction materials to prevent potential shortages during implementation.
To date, the provincial People’s Committee has approved feasibility study reports for all three sub-projects. The respective investors are urgently advancing subsequent steps to ensure timelines.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Dinh Viet speaks at the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Viet requested the People’s Committees of Van Ho district and Moc Chau township to continue working with relevant departments to promptly complete the appraisal of cost estimates and approve plans and cadastral mapping for site clearance, as well as conduct surveys and prepare basic designs for the resettlement areas.
The provincial Management Board for Transport Projects was tasked with urging consulting units to finalise technical design documents for submission and appraisal. Furthermore, it was asked to collaborate with the Van Ho and Moc Chau People’s Committees to review and submit adjusted total investments for the sub-projects for approval.
