Preparations for ground-breaking of Long Sap Primary–Secondary Boarding School reviewed

Chief of the Office of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Binh Minh on November 5 chaired a meeting with leaders of relevant departments, sectors, and units to review preparations for the ground-breaking ceremony of Long Sap Primary–Secondary Boarding School.

The Chief of the Office of the provincial People’s Committee chairs the meeting to prepare for the ground-breaking ceremony of Long Sap Primary–Secondary Boarding School.

This is one of 13 schools constructed in border communes of Son La province, in accordance with the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 81-TB/TW on the policy of building schools for border communes. The ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled for November 9 in Phat hamlet, Long Sap commune. To date, site clearance has been basically completed, and the construction unit is levelling the ground, building temporary facilities, and completing items to serve the ceremony.

At the meeting, participants listened to reports on preparation progress, programme content, and plans for organising the ground-breaking ceremony. They also discussed reception arrangements for delegates, seating layout, communication plans, security and order assurance, environmental sanitation, and event space organisation.

Concluding the meeting, Minh requested all relevant units to make comprehensive and thorough preparations for the ceremony. He emphasised organising a full rehearsal of the art programme; ensuring stable telecommunications transmission and live broadcast connection on VTV1; and implementing plans to maintain security, traffic safety, traffic regulation, and vehicle arrangement at the event site.
