Cha A Cua conducted on-site inspections at Polling Station No. 4, located at the Thong Nhat hamlet cultural house in Chieng Khuong commune, serving 1,413 voters from three hamlets: Thong Nhat, Hung Ha, and Phu. He also inspected Polling Station No. 14 in Le hamlet, Chieng Khoong commune, which serves 1,053 voters from Le, Luot, and Huoi Khoang hamlets; and Polling Station No. 5 serving 855 voters in Residential Area 5, Song Ma commune.
Up to now, polling stations in the three communes of Chieng Khuong, Chieng Khoong, and Song Ma have completed all necessary facilities and conditions, ensuring a convenient environment for voters to cast their ballots. Measures to ensure security and order, fire prevention, healthcare services, and contingency plans have also been fully prepared by local authorities for the country’s major event.
At the inspection sites, Cha A Cua acknowledged and appreciated the proactive efforts of Party committees, local authorities, and mass organisations in the communes in preparing for the election. He requested localities to continue carefully reviewing all stages of preparation, especially updating voter lists and rechecking facilities at polling stations; and to strengthen communication so that voters clearly understand their rights and responsibilities and actively participate in voting.
Local authorities were also urged to proactively develop plans to ensure security and safety at polling areas and to prepare all necessary conditions so that election day takes place democratically, legally, and safely.
Son La Newspaper and Radio–Television Station will live broadcast the election atmosphere at Polling Station No. 5 in Song Ma commune. On this occasion, Cha A Cua encouraged the production team to overcome difficulties and effectively carry out their assigned tasks so that the atmosphere of election day can be conveyed to people across the province.
