The delegation toured coffee growing areas in Hoa Mai and Cu hamlets in Chieng Ban commune of Mai Son district, Hoang Van Thu hamlet in Hua La commune of Son La city, surveyed a coffee raw material area and an area for installing a tea processing line from coffee husks at the Phuc Sinh Son La coffee processing factory, Chieng Ban commune, Mai Son district.

Within the framework of the festival, there will be a farmers' competition, and a ceremony to inaugurate the Son La coffee processing factory of the Son La Coffee Processing Joint Stock Company, and a tea processing line from coffee husks at the Phuc Sinh Son La coffee processing factory.

Hung assigned the Party Delegation to the provincial People's Committee to direct provincial agencies to coordinate with the provincial Farmers' Association and the Son La city People's Committee in surveying and proposing a location for the farmers' competition, well implement the information and dissemination work, and prepare necessary conditions to hold the festival. He requested the Phuc Sinh Son La and Son La companies to build detailed plans for the inauguration ceremonies, and the festival organising board to exert efforts to make the festival a success.
