Khanh inspected facilities and office equipment at commune headquarters, and the trial operation of administrative procedures at the commune-level Public Administration Service Centres under the two-tier government model.

As of now, Yen Son and Phieng Khoai communes in Yen Chau district have basically completed the setup of facilities, office spaces, personnel arrangements, and equipment at their Public Administration Service Centres, and are ready to begin full operations on July 1.

The communes proposed that the province soon invest in building additional office rooms and staff housing, and upgrading equipment to support administrative functions.

Khanh urged Yen Son and Phieng Khoai to continue addressing infrastructure difficulties, stabilise working locations, clearly assign tasks to civil servants and public employees, and enhance their sense of responsibility. He emphasised the need to ensure all conditions are fully prepared for the official launch of the two-tier local government model on July 1.

In particular, he stressed the importance of ensuring that commune-level Public Administration Service Centres operate smoothly, efficiently, and without disruption.
