Provincial police launch special political campaign

The Party Committee of the provincial Department of Public Security on April 8 launched a special political campaign themed “People’s Public Security officers uphold ethics, refine conduct, value honour; and stay united, innovative, exemplary, disciplined, and responsible to serve the nation and the people”.

 

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements during the peak campaign against crime are commended by the provincial Department of Public Security.

The campaign, from April 2025 to March 2026, aims to bring about a strong, clear, and substantive transformation in self-cultivation and discipline. It encourages officers to uphold honour and self-respect, set an example through self-reflection, self-correction, self-criticism and criticism, as well as to identify and combat manifestations of moral, ideological, and lifestyle degradation.

The campaign is expected to contribute to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security force in Son La.

On this occasion, the department honoured 19 collectives and 27 individuals for their outstanding achievements during the peak campaign to combat crime and ensure security and public order before, during, and after the 2025 Lunar New Year.
