Provincial Vice Chairman congratulates Department of Education and Training on Vietnamese Teachers’ Day

Ha Trung Chien, member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, on November 20 extended his congratulations to the Department of Education and Training on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 – 2025).

On behalf of the provincial leadership, he sent his best wishes to the leaders, staff, teachers, and employees of the department. He also acknowledged and praised the achievements and results that the province’s education and training sector has accomplished in recent years.

Chien requested that in the coming period, the Department of Education and Training continue to develop long-term and short-term strategies and plans for the sector up to 2030.

Attention should be given to implementing digital transformation; reviewing provincial policies in education and training; addressing teacher shortages and infrastructure challenges; and deploying solutions to improve teaching quality, with a focus on enhancing students’ skills and life competencies, he said.

Preparations should also be made regarding organisational arrangements and teaching staff to meet the demands once 13 schools in border communes are completed and put into use in the next school year, he added.

He also hoped that all leaders, teachers, and staff of the Department of Education and Training would continue to unite, uphold their spirit of responsibility, complete all assigned tasks effectively, and remain dedicated, passionate, and wholehearted in nurturing the nation’s future generations.
