At the inauguration ceremony of the new home for Lo Thi Phao’s family in Bung Lanh hamlet, Muong Giang commune, Quynh Nhai district.
Previously, the two elderly women lived in temporary and dilapidated houses. The district People’s Committee allocated 60 million VND (2,363 USD) from a fund designated for eliminating substandard housing to each family. Both houses, each covering an area of 30 sq.m, were built in accordance with established standards. Muong Giang commune encouraged their relatives and neighbours to help with the construction.
