At the meeting on the organisation of the Savings Deposit Week 2026

At the meeting, participants contributed opinions to the draft organisation plan, focusing on clarifying the purpose, requirements, implementation content, timeliness, organisational form, and coordination between departments, agencies, organisations, and localities. The programme aims to encourage the public to make savings deposit at VBPS Son La, thereby contributing to supplementing preferential loan capital for poor households and policy beneficiaries.

According to the planned schedule, the Week will take place from March 25 to 31, with the launching ceremony to be held at the provincial level on March 25 and connected online to 75 communes and wards. Following this, activities will be implemented simultaneously, linked with communication efforts to encourage the people to participate in saving money at the bank.

The Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee delivers a speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Hau requested that the board members, relevant departments, and units fully incorporate the opinions, finalise the organisation plan; and proactively coordinate the implementation of the proposed contents in a comprehensive and effective manner, ensuring the programme is practical and economical, creates a broad social impact, and contributes to bettering poverty reduction and social security in the province.
