Attending the event from Son La province were leaders and specialists from departments and agencies involved in public asset management and use.

Son La delegates attend the teleconference.

At the conference, representatives from the Department of Public Asset Management under the Ministry of Finance presented the main contents of regulations on standards and quotas for using headquarters, operational facilities, cars, and machinery and equipment.

They also introduced the key points of Circular No. 36/2025/TT-BTC dated June 12, 2025, which amends and supplements several articles in previous circulars from the Minister of Finance.

Furthermore, they highlighted the main provisions of the decree detailing certain articles of the Law on Public Asset Management and Use (replacing Decrees No. 151/107/ND-CP, 114/2024/ND-CP, and 50/2025/ND-CP).

At the teleconference.

Concluding the event, the Deputy Minister of Finance requested agencies, units, and localities focus on fully implementing their assigned duties and responsibilities as stipulated in the Government's decrees and the Prime Minister's decisions.

This is to ensure that all parties affected by these documents fully, accurately, and promptly grasp the policies for correct implementation, meeting task requirements when the two-tier local government model comes into effect on July 1, 2025, he noted.

Any difficulties or obstacles arising during implementation should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Finance for guidance and resolution, he added.
