According to the plan for this period, Chieng Den commune strives to do away with 15 makeshift and dilapidated houses for poor households, of which 11 have been completed, and four are under construction. The commune is focusing on encouraging local people to support these households to complete the work before May 19.

Meanwhile, in Chieng Co, there are 12 substandard houses that need to be eradicated. To date, six houses have been completed and put into use. It is expected that by April 30, the commune will complete the demolition of temporary houses.

Visiting the beneficiaries, Chien expressed his hope that the households will feel secure in working and producing, and developing the economy, and get rid of poverty sustainably. He requested the communes to mobilise all resources to speed up the progress, ensuring completion before May 19.
