The delegation will include people who rendered service to the nation, prestigious persons, provincial leaders and former leaders, heard a meeting chaired by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dang Ngoc Hau on August 31.

At the event, relevant departments and agencies reported on the progress of preparations and proposed solutions to ensure the delegation’s trip is well-organised, safe, and adheres to the national plan. Key areas discussed included logistics, transportation, accommodation, medical care, and security.

Vice Chairman Hau requested all departments to proactively carry out their assigned tasks, complete medical checks for all delegation members promptly, and review arrangements for accommodation and safety throughout the journey. He emphasised the importance of meeting all requirements set by both central and provincial authorities to ensure the delegation’s smooth participation.
