IGB specialises in providing software development services and designing websites and mobile apps. In 2023 and 2024, the company partnered with Moc Chau township and Quynh Nhai district to develop the Moc Chau Tour and Quynh Nhau Tour software to promote tourism and support local people and businesses in tourism activities.

At the working session, the provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and IGB signed a memorandum of understanding on the development of the "Smart Tourism" software. Under the agreement, the company will provide the software, digitise data about the tourism map of the entire province, and create a system of tourist areas, landmarks, tourism products, dining addresses, entertainment sites, booking services, and online shopping of local agricultural products. The software will operate on websites and mobile platforms, and it is expected to be handed over Son La province for operation by July 2025.

Speaking at the event, Xuan praised the partnership, emphasising its important contribution to supporting Son La province in accelerating digital transformation in the tourism sector. She instructed the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate with IGB Group to provide data and materials related to Son La tourism, expedite the software development process, and bring it into operation soon. At the same time, they were tasked with monitoring and evaluating the software’s effectiveness after it is launched.
