Patriotic emulation campaigns were conducted in conjunction with the province’s political tasks and socio-economic development objectives. Efforts to raise public awareness, identify outstanding role models and promote exemplary individuals and collectives were also stepped up.

As of September 15, 2026, a total of 265 collectives and individuals across the province had received commendations at the state level, while 1,977 others had been recognised at the provincial level.
