The province will focus on developing sustainable agriculture linked to high-tech applications, digital transformation and deep-processing industries, while fostering a more favourable environment to attract investment. It will also move to implement social welfare programmes more effectively and advance sustainable poverty reduction, alongside continued efforts to strengthen Party building and rectification and reinforce a pure, resilient political system.
