The delegation included Vi Duc Tho, member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, a National Assembly deputy of the province; former leaders of the provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; members and former members of the provincial Delegation to the NA; among others.

During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the establishment and development of the Vietnam Military History Museum. Currently, the museum houses more than 150,000 artifacts, including four national treasures and many rare antiques. Built with modern architecture, the museum is not only a place for exhibitions but also an interactive space that helps visitors gain a deeper understanding of the struggle for independence by the Vietnam People's Army.
