At the meeting, a representative of Ta Xua Skyline JSC presented the proposed project, which aims to stabilise terrain and prevent landslides and flash floods that could threaten local residents and infrastructure. The project also seeks to promote sustainable eco-tourism by making efficient use of hilly land resources and transforming areas prone to natural disasters into attractive destinations for tourism and leisure.

The project, covering an area of about 37,000 square metres, will be financed by Ta Xua Skyline JSC and other legitimate funding sources. The company representative reaffirmed its commitment to strict legal compliance, ensuring that the investment is safe, efficient, environmentally friendly, and inclusive of local communities.
Under the proposal, the investment site will undergo terrain stabilisation and improvement, alongside the construction of an eco-resort offering scenic views, fresh air, and appealing natural landscapes. The project is expected to help protect the environment and public safety, promote the sustainable use of hilly land, boost tourism, create jobs, and generate additional budget revenue for the locality.

Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Cong concludes the meeting.
Concluding the working session, Cong approved in principle the proposal for Ta Xua Skyline JSC to carry out the project, which, he said would serve as a model initiative and a reference for replication in other areas with similar conditions across the province.
He assigned relevant departments and local authorities to coordinate in providing guidance, addressing obstacles, and ensuring consistency with planning regulations and legal compliance. The investor was requested to incorporate feedback from provincial departments and complete documentation to develop a feasible, well-integrated, and sustainable model project.
