Standing Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee attends regular meeting of Khoang hamlet Party Cell

Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Lo Minh Hung on April 24 attended a regular meeting of the Khoang hamlet Party Cell in Pa Ma Pha Khinh commune, Quynh Nhai district.

 

The Khoang hamlet Party Cell in Pa Ma Pha Khinh commune convenes the April regular meeting.

The cell currently has 44 Party members. In April, it has continued to well carry out Party building work; led local people in economic and socio-cultural development as well as in maintaining political security and social order and safety. The Party Cell held a conference to collect opinions from 175 voters on the policy of reorganising commune-level administrative units. As a result, 100% of voters showed their support for the policy.

Implementing the national target programme on new-style rural area building, the cell has directed locals to effectively implement economic development resolutions; avoid raising livestock and poultry under the floors of stilt houses; dig garbage pits, collect waste, plant trees, and preserve the landscape and environment. They were also encouraged to practice a civilised lifestyle in weddings and funerals, and maintain security and order at the grassroots level. Currently, the hamlet’s average income per capita reaches 42 million VND (1,610 USD) a year.

At the regular meeting, Party members discussed and contributed ideas to developing effective economic models, implementing poverty reduction, building new-style rural areas, and improving Party building work.

Speaking at the event, Hung requested the Party Cell to continue paying attention to the work of developing Party members, focus on leading and directing the implementation of the national target programme on new-style rural area building, and continue to promote the "Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" movement with specific actions in line with the actual situation in the locality, thereby building a clean and strong Party cell.
