Subcommittee meets to prepare for Son La province’s130th anniversary celebration

Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dang Ngoc Hau on September 12 chaired a meeting of the finance, protocol, logistics, healthcare, food safety, and environment subcommittee supporting the organising committee of Son La’s 130th founding anniversary (October 10). The meeting gathered leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and relevant localities.

At the meeting, subcommittee members were assigned tasks. The subcommittee is responsible for consolidating budget estimates and submitting them to the provincial People’s Committee for approval, ensuring funding for the anniversary events, and giving advice on matters related to its assigned activities.

Delegates discussed the draft notice on subcommittee member assignments, the guest list, gifts, food safety measures, urban upgrades, and environmental sanitation at event venues.

Speaking at the meeting, Hau urged members to carry out their assigned tasks in line with the plan, promptly address obstacles, and ensure quality and timely completion as required.
