Tan Yen: 100% of administrative procedure applications handled on time

Since the implementation of the two-level local government model, the Public Administration Service Centre of Tan Yen commune has strengthened the application of information technology in management, publicly posted administrative procedures, fees and charges, and equipped itself with computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers, creating favourable conditions for organisations and individuals in carrying out administrative procedures.

At the same time, the centre has reviewed and publicly posted lists of administrative procedures and procedures for handling administrative matters in all fields under the authority of the communal People’s Committee.

After more than six months, it has received and processed 2,436 dossiers, including 1,674 submitted online and 762 submitted in person; and 100% of the applications were processed on time.
