The ceremony was attended by Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son and other ministry officials, local authorities, and the university’s teachers and students.

At the ceremony, a representative from the Ministry of Education and Training announced the ministry’s Decision No. 2345/QD-BGDDT dated August 19, 2025, recognising Dinh as Rector of Tay Bac University for the 2025-2030 term.

Congratulating the new rector, Son urged Dinh and the university’s staff to leverage their expertise, unity, and collective strength to successfully fulfill their assigned tasks.

The minister emphasised that Tay Bac University should proactively improve training quality and become a key centre for human resource development, meeting the demands of educational innovation and socio-economic development in the northwestern region.
