During the visit, Hau inspected the trial operations of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and other political and social organisations in four newly established communes: Quynh Nhai, Muong Sai, Muong Gion, and Muong Chien.

He also evaluated the organisational structure, task assignments, administrative coordination, reporting mechanisms, and inter-agency collaboration. Difficulties and challenges encountered during the trial period should be noted for timely submission to the provincial People’s Committee for resolution, he said.

Hau emphasised that the communes must proactively address current challenges and prepare full conditions for the effective operation of the new commune-level administrative units after consolidation.

During the operational phase, any issues should be reported directly to the responsible departments or agencies, ensuring that public services and administrative transactions for citizens, organisations, and businesses are not disrupted.
