The road spans 67.2 kilometers, with a total investment of over 856 billion VND (33 million USD), invested by the provincial Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board.
As of May 26, the People’s Committees of Bac Yen and Muong La districts have approved compensation and support plans for 745 of 1,375 households and six of eight organisations. Compensation plans remain pending for 630 households and two organisations—471 households in Bac Yen and 159 in Muong La.
Current land clearance challenges primarily stem from issues related to land use right certificates.
