
The 8.34km project has a total investment of 500 billion VND (19.3 million USD), affecting 481 households, organisations, and individuals.
To date, compensation, support, and resettlement plans have been approved for 329 households, with a total amount of over 103 billion VND. Construction progress has reached approximately 55% of the total workload.

After the field inspection, Minh requested Mai Son district to urge contractors to increase manpower and equipment to accelerate the road construction progress. He also emphasised the need to organise acceptance of completed work volumes and recover advanced investment capital.
The district was directed to expedite site clearance efforts, review eligible households, and promptly prepare and publicly disclose compensation plans.
Regarding state budget collection and public investment disbursement, the official called for continued implementation of solutions for tax collection, debt management, and enforcement of tax debt recovery.
